I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Kings Circle Mumbai. I am interested in focusing on general fitness to improve my overall health and well being. As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old I am currently exploring different techniques so I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet and would appreciate your guidance in choosing the right path. I plan to start these yoga classes immediately and am looking for a trainer who can visit my residence regularly.
