My son is aged between 5 and 13 years old and he is eager to explore yoga to achieve better flexibility, improve immunity, gain stress relief, and boost his daily energy levels. Since we are based in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, I am seeking a dedicated instructor who can conduct sessions at my home or is nearby if I am willing to travel. We are not strictly set on a specific yoga style yet and would value professional guidance on what suits a child best. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month.
