As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years, my goals are comprehensive. I am looking to work on better flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, and improving my immunity. Additionally, I would like to focus on general fitness, increased energy levels, and finding remedies for body pains while also exploring yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. Since I am not sure about the specific style of yoga, I would appreciate professional guidance to tailor the practice to my needs. I plan to start these classes immediately.
