I am looking for an experienced and certified yoga instructor to guide me through Pregnancy and Prenatal Yoga sessions starting immediately. My primary goal is to focus on General Fitness and maintain my wellbeing during this period. As a female student in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking someone who understands the specific needs and safety requirements for this stage of life. I am based in Andheri West, Mumbai, and I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel for the right tutor.
