I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to help me improve my general fitness through regular practice. As a male student above 50 years of age, I need a trainer who understands the specific physical requirements and safety considerations for my age group. I am currently not sure about the best yoga style to adopt and would appreciate guidance in choosing a suitable routine. I am located in Kings Circle, Mumbai and have a flexible approach to learning. I am comfortable with online classes, but I am also happy to travel or have you visit my home for sessions. I am ready to start yoga classes immediately.
