As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, my primary purpose for starting these sessions is achieving weight loss and increased energy levels. I am open to exploring different yoga styles as I am not sure which one would suit me best, and I am flexible with the arrangement as I am willing to travel to your location or host sessions at my home.
