I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct private classes at my home in Vikhroli East, Mumbai. As a male in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am eager to start my practice immediately to focus on several health goals. My primary purpose for these yoga classes is to improve my energy levels, assist with weight loss, find relief from body pains, manage stress, and significantly improve my overall flexibility. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and am open to suggestions from a qualified trainer who can design a customized routine for me.
