I am seeking a practitioner who can help me achieve my wellness goals as I am interested in stress relief weight loss finding a remedy for body pains and increased energy. Since I am not sure about the preferred yoga style I would appreciate an expert who can assess my needs and guide me through the most effective routines for the 22 to 50 years old age group.
