I am looking for a dedicated and professional yoga instructor to help me achieve better flexibility and stress relief through regular practice at my home. Since I am in the 22 to 50 years old age group and am a male student, I am looking for a trainer who can design sessions suited to my specific needs. I am not sure about a particular yoga style yet, so I would appreciate guidance from an experienced teacher. I plan to start yoga classes immediately and would prefer the training to take place at my home in Andheri East, Mumbai.
