I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me with my journey toward general fitness. Since I am in the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a trainer who can guide me through effective routines tailored to my needs. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions that will help me stay active and healthy. I am currently located in Trombay B.A.R.C, Mumbai and I am willing to travel to my home for the sessions if necessary. I plan to start these yoga classes immediately.
