I am looking for an experienced and dedicated yoga instructor to help me improve my overall health and wellness. My main goal is to achieve general fitness through regular yoga practice. Since I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking someone who can curate sessions suitable for my physical needs. I am based in Mira Road East, Mumbai and I am fully willing to travel to reach your studio or training center for classes. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to your professional suggestions. I plan to start my yoga classes within a month, so I would like to find the right guide soon.
