As a female student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am eager to start my practice immediately to improve my overall health and well-being. I am not sure which specific yoga style would suit me best, so I would appreciate a tutor who can guide me through different techniques based on my needs. I am flexible regarding the setting and am willing to travel to your location or have you visit my home in Bandra East, Mumbai.
