I am looking for a dedicated and professional yoga trainer to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. I am interested in starting my sessions within a month and I am open to exploring different styles as I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet. I am a female in the 22 to 50 years old age group and I am looking for a trainer who can guide me effectively. Regarding the location, I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a studio if it is situated near Bhulabhai Desai Marg Mahalakshmi Mumbai.
