I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor to help me with general fitness and weight loss goals. I am a female student aged between 22 and 50 years old and I am currently looking for guidance to start my fitness journey immediately. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I am open to suggestions that will best suit my health objectives. I am located in Prabhadevi Mumbai and I am comfortable with either having the instructor visit my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio or location for sessions.
