I am currently not sure about the specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance in selecting the best approach for my fitness level. Since I am located in Kandivali East Thakur Village Mumbai, I am looking for someone who can conduct sessions at my home or I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary.
