As a female student in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I am eager to start my practice immediately to focus on improving immunity, weight loss, and increasing energy levels. I also want to gain a deeper understanding of Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies while working on my flexibility, stress relief, and general fitness.
