I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor to conduct sessions at my home in Andheri East Marol Village Mumbai. Since I am willing to travel as well, I am open to discussing the most convenient arrangement. My primary goal is to achieve stress relief and find a remedy for body pains while also focusing on increased energy, general fitness, weight loss, and improved immunity. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am looking for someone who can guide me effectively as I fall in the 22 to 50 years old age group.
