As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years old, I am eager to start my practice immediately to improve my overall health and wellness. I am based in Mira Road East, Mumbai, and I am flexible regarding the venue as I am happy to learn at My Home or I am willing to travel to your studio for the sessions. I am looking for a professional who can guide me through the correct postures and breathing techniques.
