As a male student aged above 50 years, I am currently seeking a teacher who can guide me through sessions focused on general fitness, immunity building, and providing a remedy for body pains. I am flexible regarding the specific yoga style as I am hoping for expert advice based on my physical needs. I would prefer to conduct sessions at my home in Andheri East Marol Village, Mumbai, or I am willing to travel to a nearby location for the class.
