I am looking for a professional and experienced yoga instructor who can provide personalized guidance for my fitness journey. I am a male student, above 50 years of age, and my primary focus is on achieving sustainable weight loss and improving my overall general fitness. I am specifically interested in learning Yoga Meditation and Thai Yoga. Since I am based in Kalbadevi, Mumbai, I am open to either having you come to my home or I am willing to travel to your studio for the sessions. I am eager to begin these classes immediately and would appreciate a tutor who understands the physical requirements of my age group.
