I am looking for a dedicated and patient yoga instructor to conduct private sessions for me at my home in Hiranandani Gardens, Mumbai. Being a female student above 50 years of age, I am looking for a professional who can guide me through a practice focused on general fitness, improving immunity, stress relief, increased energy, and better flexibility. I am currently not sure about a specific style of yoga and would value an expert who can recommend what would suit my needs best. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately and I am also willing to travel if required.
