I am looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga instructor to help me achieve my wellness goals. As a female student between 22 and 50 years old, I am eager to start sessions immediately to focus on general fitness, stress relief, increased energy, and better flexibility. Beyond the physical aspects, I am also very interested in exploring yoga philosophy and yoga sutra studies. I am not yet sure about the specific yoga style I want to pursue, so I am looking for a guide who can help me find the right fit. I am located in Andheri East Marol Village, Mumbai, and I am comfortable with sessions at my home or I am willing to travel for the right trainer.
