As a female student above 50 years of age, I am eager to focus on improving my immunity and achieving weight loss through a structured practice. I am not yet sure about the specific yoga style that would suit me best, so I would appreciate a tutor who can assess my needs and guide me accordingly. I am flexible and willing to travel if required, though home sessions are preferred.
