I am looking for a professional and patient yoga instructor to provide personal sessions at my home in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. As a male student aged above 50 years, my primary goal is to improve my overall flexibility and enhance my immunity through consistent practice. I am not entirely sure about the preferred yoga style yet, so I am eager to work with a teacher who can assess my needs and guide me with the right techniques. I am planning to start these yoga classes immediately and am also willing to travel to your studio if that is more convenient.
