I am looking for a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor who can help me improve my overall health and wellness. I want to focus specifically on Iyengar Yoga to achieve my goal of General Fitness. Since I fall into the age group of 22 to 50 years old, I am seeking a professional who understands the specific alignment needs of this practice. I am based in Andheri East, Mumbai and I am comfortable with either having sessions at my home or traveling to your studio if nearby. I am highly motivated and plan to start yoga classes immediately to maintain a consistent routine.
