As a female student between 22 and 50 years old, I am interested in practicing both Power Yoga and Hatha Yoga to achieve goals like general fitness, increased energy, and improved immunity. Beyond the physical postures, I would also like to delve into Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies to help with stress relief and better flexibility. I am ready to start these classes immediately and hope to find a dedicated professional who can guide my practice effectively.
