As a female student above 50 years of age, I am looking for a professional who can guide me through a balanced practice consisting of Bikram Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Ashtanga Yoga. My primary goal for these classes is achieving increased energy and effective stress relief. I am planning to start these yoga classes within a month and would appreciate a trainer who understands the specific needs of my age group.
