Developing a strong foundation in physical health and wellness is my primary focus as I seek an experienced instructor for Iyengar Yoga. At over 50 years of age, I am looking for a professional who can guide me through postures that assist with general fitness, weight loss, and finding relief from persistent body pains. I am based in Juhu Gulmohar Colony, Mumbai, and am very comfortable with sessions held at my home or am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. My goal is to begin these classes within a month to improve my flexibility and overall quality of life.
