Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mental peace has become my top priority. As a male student above 50 years, I am currently seeking a professional instructor to guide me through Bikram Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, and Power Yoga sessions. My main objectives for these classes are stress relief and overall general fitness. Regarding the delivery of sessions, I am comfortable with classes at my home in Chembur East, Mumbai, and am also willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. I plan to start my practice immediately to maintain consistency in my routine.
