I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to provide training for my son who is between the age group of 5 to 13 years old. We are located in Zirakpur, Mohali and I need a tutor who can come to my home for the sessions. The primary purpose of these classes is to improve general fitness, provide a remedy for body pains, and help with better flexibility. Although I am not sure about the specific yoga style to follow, I would like a trainer who can design a program suitable for young children. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately.
