Developing a strong foundation in physical health and coordination for my 2 to 5 year old son is my current priority. I am seeking a dedicated instructor for online classes to teach him Ashtanga Yoga, specifically focusing on helping him achieve better flexibility at his young age. Since we are based in Sri Krishna Janam Sthan, Mathura, virtual sessions are the most convenient option for us to begin immediately. It is also important that the sessions include a certification of completion to track his progress.
