Developing a strong foundation in Hatha Yoga for general fitness is my current priority as a male student aged 14 to 21 years old residing in Krishna Nagar, Mathura. Since I am aiming to start these sessions immediately, I prefer to take these lessons via online classes to fit my current schedule. It is important that the sessions conclude with a certification of completion to validate my progress. I am keen to work with a trainer who understands the specific needs of my age group and can provide structured guidance throughout the practice.
