As a male student aged between 22 and 50 years, I am flexible regarding the mode of instruction and am happy to learn through online classes, home tuition at my residence, or by traveling to your location for sessions. I have a strong interest in practicing Kriya Yoga and would like to begin these training sessions immediately. My goal is to improve my overall health and fitness through consistent guidance from a knowledgeable instructor.
