As a female student above 50 years of age, my main purpose for joining these sessions is to find effective methods for stress relief. I am based in Arakkakadavu Kochi and am flexible regarding the learning environment as I am willing to travel to your location or have you come to my home for sessions. Since I am in the early stages of planning my fitness journey, I am currently exploring all available options before I commit to a schedule.
