Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my son aged between 5 and 13 years old is my primary goal. He is interested in learning Thai Yoga through online classes to support his general fitness and overall well-being. Since we are located in Pillaiyarpalaiyam, Kanchipuram, remote learning is our preferred mode of delivery. I am specifically looking for a professional who can guide him properly and help him work toward obtaining a certification as a yoga instructor. We plan to start these sessions within a month and are looking for a dedicated mentor who can make the process engaging and structured for his age group.
