Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness for my 2 to 5 years old male child has become a priority. I am searching for an experienced instructor to conduct online classes focusing on Patanjali Yoga to help my child improve his overall flexibility. Since this is for a toddler, the sessions should be engaging and age appropriate. It is important that the sessions are conducted online so we can manage them conveniently from our home in Naickenpet, Kanchipuram. We plan to start these sessions within a month and require a certification of completion at the end of the course to track his progress.
