Developing a strong foundation in physical health and mindfulness is essential for my 5 to 13 year old son. We are currently searching for an experienced trainer to lead Bikram Yoga sessions through online classes to help him achieve increased energy levels. Since we are based in Athola, Jalandhar, we prefer a remote learning setup that can accommodate his schedule. It is important that the mentor provides guidance that leads to certification, as he has a goal to become a certified yoga instructor in the future. We plan to start these sessions within a month and are looking for someone patient who specializes in teaching younger students.
