As a student between 14 and 21 years old, I am seeking a knowledgeable instructor who can guide me through various disciplines including Kundalini, Kriya, Hatha, Raja, Aerial, Iyengar, Pregnancy, Thai, Bikram, Patanjali, Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and Meditation. I am based near State Bank of India in Civil Lines, Jalandhar, and I am looking for sessions at my home, though I am also willing to travel or engage in online classes.
