As a female student in the Above 50 years age group, I need a gentle approach to practice that can improve my physical well-being. Since I am not sure about the specific Yoga Style to follow, I am looking for an expert who can guide me and suggest the best routine for my health concerns. I am based in Bhawani Nagar, Jaipur and I am willing to travel to your studio or have you visit My Home for the sessions.
