I am looking for an experienced and reliable yoga instructor to help me achieve my goal of general fitness. As a male in the 22 to 50 years old age group, I want to start sessions immediately to improve my health and well-being. I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, so I would appreciate a trainer who can suggest the best approach for my needs. For the preferred location, I am open to either having you visit my home in Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, or I am willing to travel to your studio nearby.
