As a female student above 50 years, I am searching for a professional who can help me achieve a range of wellness goals including improved immunity, weight loss, stress relief, and better flexibility. I am also very interested in learning about Yoga Philosophy and Yoga Sutra Studies, alongside getting relief from body pains and increasing my overall energy levels. While I am not sure about a specific yoga style yet, I need someone who can curate a session for my age group. I am looking to start these classes immediately and am willing to travel if required.
