I am looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable yoga instructor to help me with my wellness journey in Malviya, Jaipur. As a female student above 50 years of age, my primary goal is to find someone who can guide me through a comprehensive practice focused on stress relief, better flexibility, and finding a remedy for body pains. I am also very interested in improving my immunity, boosting energy levels, and exploring yoga philosophy and Yoga Sutra studies. While I am not sure about the specific yoga style yet, I am looking for a well-rounded approach to general fitness and weight loss.
