As I am over 50 years of age, I need a tutor who understands the specific needs of my age group and can provide personalized guidance. My primary goals for these sessions include better flexibility, weight loss, stress relief, remedy for body pains, general fitness, improved immunity, and increased energy levels. I am currently based in Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, and I am comfortable with classes held at my home or I am willing to travel to your studio nearby. I am looking to start these yoga classes immediately.
