Developing a strong foundation in Patanjali Yoga is my primary objective as I prepare to become a certified instructor. My young son, who is in the 2 to 5 years old age group, will also be joining these sessions to help with stress relief and overall wellness. Since I am based in Suraj Nagar, Huzur, I prefer online classes to maintain a consistent schedule for our practice. I am planning to start these sessions within a month and require a trainer who can guide us through the authentic techniques of this discipline.
