Developing a strong foundation in mindfulness and physical health for my 2 to 5 year old son is a top priority as we navigate his early developmental years. I am seeking a qualified instructor to provide Patanjali Yoga sessions for my toddler who is currently in the 2 to 5 years old age group. These online classes should focus primarily on stress relief and age appropriate movement. Because we reside in Laxmanpur, Huzur, we prefer an online format that fits within a month timeline. It is essential for me that the tutor provides a certification of completion at the end of the program to track his progress.
