He is very interested in Kundalini Yoga and we are specifically seeking online classes to help him work toward weight loss goals. Because I wish for him to eventually become a certified yoga instructor, it is important that the training provided is professional and structured for a younger student. Living near Kaladhungi Road in Haldwani, we find that virtual sessions offer the best flexibility for his schedule.
