Developing a strong foundation in Ashtanga Yoga is my primary objective as I aim to become a certified yoga instructor. Although I am based in Amritpur, Nainital, I am specifically seeking online classes to facilitate this journey. My goal is to incorporate these practices to improve immunity and overall wellness. Since this is for a 2 to 5 years old male student, I am looking for a trainer who can adapt traditional techniques for early childhood development while maintaining professional standards for my certification requirements. I plan to start these sessions immediately and would appreciate a structured approach to learning.
