Developing a strong foundation in physical health and overall well-being is my priority at this stage in my life. As a female student in the 14 to 21 years old age group, I am looking for a knowledgeable instructor to guide me through General Fitness sessions. I am currently living in Sector 67, Gurgaon and am open to both learning at my home or traveling to your facility for classes. Since I have not yet decided on a specific yoga style, I would appreciate your expert advice on what would be best for my fitness goals.
