I am looking for an experienced and patient yoga instructor to provide training for a young girl in the 5 to 13 years old age group. My goal is to focus on general fitness to help improve overall health and flexibility. I am currently not sure about a specific yoga style and would appreciate guidance in selecting a routine that is appropriate for this age group. The classes need to be held at my home in New Palam Vihar Phase 1, Gurgaon, and I am willing to travel to a nearby studio if necessary. I am ready to start these yoga classes immediately.
