I am looking for a yoga teacher in Gurgaon HO to provide sessions for my son, who is in the 5 to 13 years age group. My primary goals for these classes are to improve his general fitness, boost energy levels, and support healthy weight loss. I am interested in finding a trainer who specializes in both Ashtanga Yoga and Yoga Meditation. For the classes, I am happy to either host the sessions at my home or travel to a nearby location to meet the instructor. I am planning to begin these yoga classes within the next month and would like to connect with an experienced tutor who can work effectively with young children.
